"Over 30 years ago when I started on my spiritual path, when on vacations I would always find myself seeking out the “New Age/Metaphysical” shops. I would spend so much time in them, they always felt welcoming and like home to me. I had a deep inner knowing that one day I would have one. I tucked it away over the years as I raised my family but it was never far from my thoughts. It’s always been there as a light within me.

Through the years I’ve invested in myself and taken many healing workshops and seminars which was inspired by my deep desire for healing and change. I had many physical ailments and I knew that there had to be another way… a better way than what conventional medicine was offering me. I had a deep desire for answers and connecting the dots with the mind, body, spirit connection. I healed myself of many, many things… physically, emotionally & spiritually… through making lifestyle changes, learning Self-care and Self-love. I became a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Life Coach, which is a natural extension of who I am. I learned that the emotions I was suppressing and not allowing to feel and move through me, turned into physical manifestations in my body. It took a shift in perspective and energy to release those manifestations.

I love helping others, sharing my experience, and sharing tools and products of inspirational living, helping to transform lives and teaching how to implement real processes to your life that create an inner trust of self first.

My daughter Lindsay is my partner in this and I couldn’t have done it without her. We’ve planned this for some very long hours, days and years. Every ounce of this has been pure love and passion poured into it even through some of the most challenging days. This was created and grown out of love for all of those searching for a better way and inspiration to live at your highest and best potential. Your inner guidance will ALWAYS lead you every step of the way!
